Eftsure - payment verification
If you have provided payment details to us, you may have received an email from Eftsure asking you to verify your bank details.
What is Eftsure?
Eftsure is a secure system that protects and verifies our scheme participants' financial information.
It protects payments against fraud by validating ABN, GST registration status and bank account details to ensure payments are made to the intended recipient.
Is Eftsure safe?
Yes, Eftsure is safe and has been independently tested and vetted. These emails are not spam, so it’s important you follow the instructions in the email to improve the security of your payment details and to ensure we pay you correctly.
What do I need to do if I get an email from Eftsure?
You will need to verify your bank details by following these steps:
- You will receive an email verification link from Eftsure asking you to register your details as a new supplier.
- Click on the email link to go to QLeave’s portal on the Eftsure website.
- Complete the vendor onboarding online form.
- Complete the verification process.
- You may receive a call from Eftsure (usually within 24 to 48 hours) to verify your details.

If your business has multiple bank accounts, you may receive a verification request for each account. You must verify each of them separately.
Please note, completing this verification process will not result in a payment.
