Sighting Fees

An Assessment Manager (Local Government or Private Certifier - Class A) can claim a fee for sighting the Notification and Payment form.

The current sighting fee is $6.14 (as of 1 July 2024).

To submit a claim, please use the correct form and spreadsheet available by clicking on the links below.

Steps to making a claim

1. complete the spreadsheet and save to your computer using your company name as the file name (please don't amend the format of the spreadsheet)
2. complete the form and save to your computer using your company name as the file name
3. email the spreadsheet, form and any additional information to sightingfees@qleave.qld.gov.au
