Updating your personal details

It’s important your personal details are kept up-to-date. If your contact details change, please let us know as soon as possible.

Don't let your QLeave emails go to your old job. Make sure your QLeave account is linked to your personal email address, not your work email address, so you can still access it even if you change jobs.

You can update your details via online services, or you can contact QLeave.

If you need to update your name or date of birth, you must provide a copy of one of the following: current drivers license, passport or proof of age card.

Only you can update your details, unless we have previously received a written authority to say otherwise. If you would like someone else to update your details on your behalf, please click here to complete an Authority to Act form.
