QLeave has a legal obligation to maintain the confidentiality of your business. Therefore, we can only discuss detailed information regarding your business and your registered workers with authorised contacts listed under your employer registration. You must be an authorised contact for the employer registration you are enquiring about.
Before your appointment
Before your appointment, we ask that you are prepared and ready with all necessary documentation and information for us to help you with your situation.
Please ensure you have access to a quiet space without interruption for the duration of your appointment. If you are travelling, in the middle of another task, or otherwise occupied, our team will not be able to help you effectively and will have to reschedule your appointment.
We ask that you have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection, as we may ask you to navigate the portal during the conversation.
