Change work details
If your building and construction work details change, you must notify us in writing to ensure the accuracy of our records. You can do this by completing the changes to building and construction or personal details form.
Alternatively, you can also send a written request to us by emailing email@example.com. If you do this, the request must be sent from the email address of the payer, contact person, principal contractor, private certifier or owner.
We'll respond, by email to the person requesting the changes, advising that the requested changes have been made. This process may take up to two business days.
Corrections and amendments
If you need to correct an error on a form that you've already submitted, please advise us in writing (by email or letter) of the levy number and the corrections required. We'll confirm in writing once we've made the corrections.
If the building and construction work is being taken over by another builder (due to liquidation, disputes or another reason) and the work has already been notified and paid, please complete the Taking over from another builder form.
For all other amendments to building and construction details please provide the following:
- The levy form number
- The information that needs to be changed, such as:
- correction to the lot and plan number (new subdivisions)
- amendments to the estimated start and/or end dates
- a different assessment manager (private certifier/local council)
- a different principal contractor
- variations to the cost of work
- A reason explaining the need for the change
We'll respond, by email to the person requesting the changes, advising that we've made the changes. This process may take up to two business days.
