Organisation structure

QLeave is led by three Boards who each report to The Honourable Jarrod Bleijie MP, Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, Infrastructure and Planning, and Minister for Industrial Relations throughout the year.

QLeave consists of the following divisions:

1. Corporate Services is responsible for:

  • people, culture and capability
  • finance and investment services
  • governance, risk and planning
  • legal services
  • review and assurance
  • policy and resolutions.

2. Technology, Data and Building Services is responsible for:

  • information technology and innovation - including managing QLeave's business systems, security and data analytics, and building services.

3. Operations is responsible for:

  • providing assistance to scheme participants, including processing long service leave claims
  • maintaining the register of workers and employers
  • strategic engagement
  • communications.

4. Legislative Compliance

  • enforcement - including levy collection, detecting and deterring non-compliance, and delivering compliance activities
  • integrity
  • remediation.
