Reconciliation Action Plan
Launched in 2023, QLeave’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reflects our ongoing commitment to meaningful reconciliation. It guides our efforts to recognise and respect the histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Queensland.
Our Innovate RAP is an important part of our broader focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, and marks a significant step forward in building stronger relationships and creating lasting, positive change.
