In response to requirements for social distancing, customers need to make an appointment to visit our Northgate office.
Please note, if you are making an appointment make sure you:
- Do not bring other people with you when visiting QLeave
- Bring all of your relevant documents (make copies before you arrive)
- Bring your own pen
- Provide your contact details so QLeave can keep records of all visitors for Workplace Health and Safety
- Wear enclosed shoes
- Wash your hands before visiting QLeave
- Do not attend if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
Please note, toilets and other public facilities are not currently available.
