Update my details

Once you're registered with QLeave it's important to keep your personal details updated.

If you change your email, postal address or phone number, please let us know as soon as possible.

Don't let your QLeave emails go to your old job. Make sure your QLeave account is linked to your personal email address, not your work email address, so you can still access it even if you change jobs.

You can update your personal details online through the Community Services Industry Worker Portal, or by contacting QLeave on 1300 QLEAVE or communityservices@qleave.qld.gov.au.

Note: Only scheme participants can update details unless we’ve previously received a written authority to say otherwise.
